About this deal

Abaddon and Vashtorr’s elaborate plan to conquer the galaxy is nearly impossible for mortal minds to comprehend, a thousand minor movements building to one grand reveal. The Tyranids, on the other hand, simply see the Arks of Omen as floating buffets full of tasty biomass.

Boarding Actions are an exciting new way to play Warhammer 40,000, introduced in Arks of Omen: Abaddon – smaller forces clashing at close-quarters within immense voidships. We’re all mad for this new game mode – from Warhammer Community campaigns to stories, scenarios, and a battle report in White Dwarf 485 – and things are only going to heat up now that Arks of Omen: Angron has arrived, bringing extra faction rules, new missions, and additional terrain to explore. Chaos Space Marines are right at home on the claustrophobic corridors of a space hulk, and we’re not even convinced the Thousand Sons register much of the weirdness going on given the forces they tamper with. This Boarding Patrol pairs two Chaos Spawn with 20 Rubric Marines, bringing an impressive number of bodies and a pair of pskyers onto the board while the Spawn make a right mess of anything they encounter. If your alignment is slightly more devious, Drukhari might be a better option than normal Eldar. Boarding Patrol: Grey KnightsFew things are as terrifying in a confined space as a Phoenix Lord. Jain Zar leads Boarding Patrol: Aeldari accompanied by five Howling Banshees, as well as 20 Corsair Voidscarred who can be assembled as any one of two different units. Boarding Patrol: Drukhari There’s much profit to be found in the esoteric salvage secreted aboard these rotting void-barges – and you can acquire it for the glory of your own Hold with five cybernetically-enhanced Cthonian Beserks, five diamond-hard Einhyr Hearthguard, and 10 geared-up Hearthkyn Warriors, all led by a proud Einhyr Champion. Vashtorr the Arkifane’s quest for the Key-fragments is nearing its end, and the action turns to the dead world of Arthas Moloch in the fourth chapter in the epic narrative series, Arks of Omen: Farsight . Commander Farsight is just preparing to wrap up the vicious War of Dakka once and for all, when calamity strikes and his entire operation is jeopardised by the arrival of the Unhallowed space hulk and its Balefleet entourage.

Here at Warhammer Community we’ll be covering a crop of truly magnificent reveals from AdeptiCon, starting with the latest Warhammer Preview Online. The festivities start in the early morning for UK and European fans – here’s when you have to wake up (it’ll be worth it). We’ll also be streaming the best bits from the tournament. Chaos Daemons have – appropriately, given the arrival of Angron – manifested as a huffing and slavering crash of Khornate nightmares. 10 Bloodletters and 10 Flesh Hounds are led by Khorne’s favourite hunter – Karanak, the Hound of Vengeance. In the cramped confines of a space hulk, these frenzied killers will close the distance between enemy guns with warp-flushed speed and savagery. The other thing as well is the inclusion of Scarab Swarms – apparently, they aren’t usable in Boarding Actions if you have Ophydian Destroyers in the same list, so GW say. At least they aren’t on the box art though. Boarding Patrol: Necrons – ValueSneak into the Arks of Omen and cause some big green havoc with Boss Snikrot and his boyz. Boarding Patrol: Orks is a musclebound collection of tough-as-nails fighters led by the legendary Kommando Boss sporting a brand new model. In addition to Snikrot, you’ll board with five Flash Gitz, 10 Beast Snagga Boyz, and 10 Kommandos – who also drag along a reluctant Kommando Grot and far-too-enthusiastic Bomb Squig for the ride. This box set is tailored for commanders seeking to lead the Necrons in the dense and perilous Boarding Action missions of the Arks of Omen series. It offers a balanced and strategic assembly of infantry units, each with its own role and capabilities. Let us know in the comments of our Facebook Hobby Group, or our new Discord server, and make sure you enter the latest monthly giveaway for FREE today! The Drukhari already love to raid voidcraft for business and pleasure, and the Arks of Omen have only spilled blood in the water. A Succubus leads 20 Wyches in Boarding Patrol: Drukhari, accompanied by a band of five sinister Incubi. Boarding Patrol: Grey Knights

After you’ve rubbed your eyes awake from a 65 million year slumber, you’ll notice that this box has a nice helping of 27 total miniatures. Observe. Codex: Adeptus Mechanicus and Codex: Necrons are both on the immediate horizon, and each brings a new Combat Patrol box of cold-hearted logisticians who want nothing more than to snuff out biological life with their superior technology. The Necron dynasties care not for the squabbles of lesser races – but they are keen to plunder the Arks of Omen, on the off-chance they may recover ancient heirlooms thought lost to time. Finally, the Death Guard heed Abaddon’s call, with an obdurate if slimy Boarding Patrol led by a Lord of Virulence. He’s joined by a bodyguard of three Deathshroud Terminators, as well as 10 versatile Plague Marines – three of which are taken from the much-sought-after Plague Marine Reinforcements set. This is a great generic box. There’s no special characters and all the units inside are scary in close combat. That makes this a fast and deadly force in Boarding Action games. You aren’t going to be generating a lot of long range death here, but that’s okay! You’ll mop-up in close. Currently, while we know the prices for most of the boxes, we’ll also have all of the new boxes listed, value-wise, for you below! One more thing to note, these are all valued with the updated 2023 GW pricing. Vashtorr the Arkifane’s quest for the Key-fragments is nearing its end, and the action turns to the dead world of Arthas Moloch in the fourth chapter in the epic narrative series, Arks of Omen: Farsight. Commander Farsight is just preparing to wrap up the vicious War of Dakka once and for all, when calamity strikes and his entire operation is jeopardised by the arrival of the Unhallowed space hulk and its Balefleet entourage.
